• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the service at your own risk.

2. Payment Processing & Financial Transactions

TAPiZY acts as a technical bridge between the Restaurant Owner and the End Customer. We are not a bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

• Transaction Failures: We use third-party payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe) to handle payments. TAPiZY is not liable for failed transactions, declined cards, or processing errors caused by these third-party providers.
• Refunds: Any dispute regarding food quality, service, or refunds is strictly between the Restaurant Owner and the End Customer. TAPiZY is not responsible for issuing refunds on behalf of the restaurant.

3. Hardware & Bluetooth Compatibility

Our application uses the Web Bluetooth API to communicate with thermal POS printers.

• Device Compatibility: Bluetooth connectivity relies heavily on the specific hardware (Phone/Laptop) and Browser (Chrome/Edge) you are using. We cannot guarantee that our software will be compatible with every make and model of POS printer or mobile device.
• Connectivity Issues: We are not liable for operational delays caused by Bluetooth disconnections, hardware malfunctions, or local network failures within your restaurant.

4. Tax Compliance & Calculations

While our system may assist in calculating totals (e.g., Subtotal + GST/Tax):

• User Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the Restaurant Owner to ensure that the tax rates entered into the system are accurate and compliant with local laws (e.g., GST in India, Sales Tax in USA).
• Liability: TAPiZY accepts no liability for penalties, fines, or audits resulting from incorrect tax configurations or financial reporting errors.

5. Food Safety & Menu Accuracy

TAPiZY displays information provided entirely by the Restaurant Owner.

• Allergens: We are not responsible for the accuracy of menu descriptions, ingredient lists, or allergen warnings. End Customers should always verify dietary requirements directly with the restaurant staff.
• Pricing: Menu prices are set by the restaurant. We are not responsible for discrepancies between the online price and the in-store price.

6. Earnings Disclaimer

Any testimonials or examples of increased revenue, table turnover, or business growth displayed on our marketing materials are essentially "success stories."

We do not guarantee that you will achieve similar financial results by using our platform. Your business success depends on your location, food quality, and management skills.

Our service may contain links to external websites (e.g., logistics partners, social media). We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

8. Limitation of Liability
